CANCELLATION POLICY

At Esthetics by Shelbi, I understand that life happens and schedules may need to change. However, to ensure I can accommodate all my clients, I kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is not made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a fee of 15% of the service total will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and support!
